LES50NS (Holdings) Limited was established in 2004 to execute Phase 2 of our growth strategy.
In 2005 we executed a share for share exchange to move the shareholders of 50 Lessons Limited into LES50NS (Holdings) Limited.
Shareholders include King Street Partners LLP and The Telegraph Group Limited, all management and employees, a select number of high net worth individuals called the Fifty Lessons ‘Angel’ Network, and a group of leading industry experts who are all actively involved in the development of Fifty Lessons.
